1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and of our guestlist, table and chat services (together, the “Service”). “The Night Circle”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the Service. By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy & cookies policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.

2. Who can use the Service

• You must be at least 21 years old, the legal drinking age in Dubai. Some venues set a higher minimum age.

• Venues check ID at the door. Bring your original, valid passport or Emirates ID. Copies and photos are usually refused.

• You are responsible for following UAE law and the rules of each venue.

3. What we do, and what we don’t

We are an independent guestlist and table-booking service. We share information about nightlife in Dubai and forward your requests to venues, promoters and partners.

• We don’t own, operate or manage any venue, event or ticket sale. We are not the official website of any venue, hotel, promoter or artist unless we clearly say so.

• A request sent through the Service is not a reservation. It is only confirmed when a host confirms it to you, usually on WhatsApp, based on the venue’s reply.

• Even a confirmed guestlist spot or table does not guarantee entry.

4. Entry, door policy and venue rules

Each venue has the final say on who comes in. Venues may refuse entry or ask guests to leave at their own discretion, for example because of capacity, dress code, group mix, age, ID, behaviour or arriving after the guestlist closes. We have no control over these decisions and are not responsible for them. Please follow the venue’s rules and staff instructions at all times.

5. Prices, payments and cancellations

• You pay the venue directly, or the ticket partner for tickets. We don’t take payments or deposits, and we don’t charge you a booking fee.

• Prices, minimum spends, packages and offers on the Service are indicative. They are based on information from venues and partners at the time of publishing, can change without notice and may not include VAT, service charges or other fees.

• Deposits, prepayments, cancellations, no-shows and refunds are handled by the venue under its own policy. Any payment dispute is between you and the venue.

6. Ladies nights, offers and free drinks

Ladies nights, free entry, free drinks and other offers are set and run by the venues. They usually apply to selected drinks and times only, may have conditions, and can change or end at any time without notice. We can’t guarantee that an offer will be available on the night.

7. Tickets

Tickets for concerts, festivals and shows are sold by third-party ticket partners such as Platinumlist, on their own websites and under their own terms. We are not the seller or the organiser. Questions about orders, changes and refunds should go to the ticket partner or organiser. We may earn a commission when you buy through our links. This doesn’t change your price.

8. Information on the Service

We take care to use information from official venue channels, organisers and partners, but we can’t promise that everything is complete, accurate or up to date. Dates, times, line-ups, themes, dress codes, opening hours and prices can change or be cancelled. Some images are supplied by venues or used for illustration. 9. Contact on WhatsApp

When you send a request or message us, a host may contact you on WhatsApp about it. WhatsApp is a third-party service run by Meta, and its own terms apply. You can ask us to stop messaging you at any time.

10. Using the Service fairly

Please give accurate details and only send real requests. Don’t misuse the Service, for example by sending false or bulk requests, copying or scraping content, or interfering with how the website works. We may refuse or cancel requests, or block access, if we believe the Service is being misused.

11. Content and trademarks

The design, text and logo of the Service belong to us or our licensors. Venue names, logos, photos, event artwork and other trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify and describe venues and events. This doesn’t mean we are affiliated with or endorsed by them. If you own content shown on the Service and want it changed or removed, contact us and we will review it promptly.

12. Third-party websites and services

The Service links to and uses services we don’t control, such as venue websites, ticket partners, maps, WhatsApp and social media. We aren’t responsible for their content, availability or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

13. Our liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We make no promises about the availability of the Service or of any venue, event, table or offer.

• We are not responsible for anything that happens at a venue or event, including refused entry, the quality of service, food and drinks, the behaviour of staff or other guests, injury, or the loss, theft or damage of belongings.

• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost time, money, enjoyment or opportunity, including travel or accommodation costs.

• Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to AED 100.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims, losses and costs we suffer because you broke these terms or the law, or because of your behaviour at a venue or event.

15. Changes to the Service

We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Service at any time, including listings, offers and features.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
